Parental Notification and Permission: As a parent or legal guardian of this applicant, I am aware that he/she is applying for the American Village Junior Interpreter Program. I understand that if accepted to the program, participants' attendance is MANDATORY for Training Week and July 4th. I also understand that participants are expected to attend two days per week in June with minimal absences.
