School Group Reservation Request

Reservations are required for all school trips. Priority for reservation dates will be based on the order in which reservation forms are received, subject to availability. To make your reservation request, please complete this form and click the submit button.

Please select three program dates in order of preference. (Please refer to our Educational Calendar for dates each program is offered.) 

I understand that photographs/video taken of attendees may be used on the American Village web pages and for promotions in brochures, displays, newsletters, and other items of publicity; or in local or state newspapers. 

How To Confirm Your Reservation: Phone reservations will be released after 30 days if not confirmed by receipt of the school group reservation form. Upon receipt, you will be emailed a Confirmation Invoice. To accurately fill our daily enrollment capacity, it is important that you make your reservation numbers as exact as possible. Note: American Village hopes that your educational experience will be both enjoyable and informative. To ensure a safe and pleasant learning environment, we request at least two teachers or adults to accompany each class group and to be responsible for the orderly conduct of the members of that group.
