Group Tour Reservation Request

Pre-reservations are required for all group tours. PRIORITY for all reservation dates will be based on the order in which reservation requests are received. Reservations are subject to availability. To make your group reservation request, please complete this form and follow the instructions below.

The American Village is open Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. during the school year and Tuesday - Saturday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. in June and July for the summer season.  (Please refer to our Educational Calendar for special events and holiday closings.)

Tip: The American Village hopes that your experience will be both enjoyable and informative. To ensure we can accommodate your request, we require at least 7 days advance notice if your group will need handicapped shuttle assistance.

  

How To Confirm Your Group Reservation: After you submit your online group reservation request form, an American Village staff member will contact you within three business days by phone and/or email to confirm your reservation date and time.
